Setup & Designing is Free for most of our products.Simply place order for the product you like and send us an email on sales@stubbyholdersonline.com.au with your order number along with the photos or text you would like to print . And give us a little bit of information on how you would like to put your text or photos or other artwork together (example: your colour choice or theme or if you have any specific layout in mind) . we will make a mock up designs ,according to the information you will provide us and send it to you via email. you can suggest changes to the layout and we keep on doing the change until you are 100% happy .and once you approve the design we will start printing.

Because of our 100% in house production , our turn around times are pretty quick. In most cases we dispatch with in a day ,after customer approves the design and order is placed. Delivery will be done within 2-7 business days after the order is placed and the final design is approved by the customer. Please Note: Quick Delivery service also depends on the quantity of the units ordered As long as number of units is less then 1000 ,can be delivered in 2-7 working days. .Delivery times can vary due to some unforeseen circumstances , that are beyond our control. Please Note: Most of the orders are finished and posted within a day or two of confirmed order, with Express shipping. And most orders are getting delivered on time, but due to Busy season and postal delays, some posted parcels may take a few extra days. Yes you can, if it is just the colour variation and the base design stays the same their will be no extra charges.but if there are two different designs in the same order , extra charges will apply. Contact us prior to placing order if unclear.

We have production facilities all over Australia. Depending on your required Delivery date and Delivery Location. We dispatch from the closest facility. But if closest Facility is busy, all orders will come from Victoria or from second closest facility, With same day or Next day express dispatch, so the customer receives product with in 2-5 business days.
