You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any product or service for other commercial purposes or any portion of the Site, without Stubby Holders Onlines's express written consent. All the free designs (example; T-Shirts designs, Artworks, design re-adjustments etc) done by us is copyright of StubbyHoldersonline if you wish to reprint any of these elsewhere you must acquire permission in writing from us.

Termination:

You agree that Stubbyholdersonline, in its sole discretion, may terminate this Agreement, in whole or in part, including but not limited to termination of your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Site, and remove and discard any Content you may have contributed to the Site, at any time for any reason or no reason. Stubbyholdersonline may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Site, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Site under any provision of this Agreement may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Stubbyholdersonline may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files of the Site. you agree that Stubbyholdersonline has the right to cancel full or part of your order with or without any explanation.

You agree that Stubbyholdersonline takes no responsibility for any content you provide us for designing, redesigning or printing or any other services that Stubbyholdersonline providing, therefore it is your responsibility to make sure you have rights to use the content you are providing us." Content" means any and all artwork, audio clips, data, designs, digital images, drawings, graphics, images, information, metadata, photographs, Product specifications, sketches, stitch files and text, or any combination of these elements that you send to Stubbyholdersonline for placement on physical or electronic products made by Stubbyholdersonline.

Returns and Refunds:

You agree that there will be no refund, repair or replacement of custom made or personalized products or services. The customer can only cancel the order before the printing is started on the approved artwork. Set up or Designing charges will be deducted from your paid amount.

Stubbyholdersonline will not accept goods returned or exchanged for change of mind. Goods must be checked within 5 days of delivery for faults or short in quantity. customer will pay for return shipping. Goods will only be accepted for return for one of the following reasons:

Goods do not comply with the quote, in quantity or design as signed off by the customer.

For any order that meets the returns policy. Stubbyholdersonline will replace the goods. 

If you are, not 100% sure how the product will look after printing, we do suggest you get a sample printed and sent out to you.
This is done at a cost and is not a commitment for the full order.

Stubby holders online can use images of the products made by us for promotional purposes on our website and social media and can be removed at the customer's request.

IMPORTANT - If you require colour matching, we will require a PMS Colour to be chosen using a Pantone Colour book. We cannot guarantee the 100% colour match as you see on your own computer screen to be same as the final product ,because Pantone colours react differently on different products .StubbyHoldersOnline will not replace goods if the colour is not 100% match.

Shipping:

Stubby holders insures That all the parcels are properly packed and delivered safely to our customers. But since the postal service is the third party -stubby holders online won't be responsible for Loss or damage of product ,when left outside customer's address in safe space .

Stubby holders online is not responsible if the parcel is sent back to us -due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. We can reship the order if requested by the customer at the customer's expanse.
